The ingredient of Hot Bread Dip
- 1 cob loaf
- lebanese bread sliced to serve
- 1 tub philadelphia cream cheese
- 1 1 2 cups sour cream
- 2 cups grated tasty cheese
- 3 spring onions chopped finely
- 1 cup ham chopped
- paprika to serve optional
The Instruction of hot bread dip
- preheat oven to 180c
- cut top off cob loaf and pull out bread from inside the loaf leaving a hollowed shell
- in a food processor process all filling ingredients together except paprika and place mixture inside the cob loaf place lid on top and wrap entire loaf in foil
- place loaf on tray and bake in oven for 1 hour
- after 1 hour remove foil and take lid off bread place the lebanese bread on a separate baking sheet put bread loaf back in oven on one oven shelf place the baking sheet of breads on another shelf and bake for a further 5 10 minutes
- to serve sprinkle top of dip with paprika and serve with toasted breads the top can be cut up and used for dipping
